Joshua is a food enthusiast who slight remembers his first experience making food (pretty sure it was cereal with orange juice) at the age of two or three. Being forced into child labor by his parents shortly there after Joshua was had to learn to cook. One of the best things that his parents did to him even though at the time he just wanted to dine on fast food and microwave meals like his peers. After become a young adult Joshua realized that he was semi talented with cooking, although he has never been a chef or gone to culinary school.
Jody has a talent of cooking that stems for similar circumstances as her son Joshua, she was also force into child labor at young age by her mother. Although her cooking stems from the old school influence from her mother who was born in Germany. Jody has unique cooking style that stems form generations of cooking knowledge pasted down. She has become a very health conscientious cook with a light and balance culinary style.
